About BerneGuerrero.com
The first BerneGuerrero.com website was created back in 2002 during Berne Guerrero's first year in law school. Class readings (i.e. soft copies of assigned cases) were posted therein for the benefit of his block (to avoid bounce backs in email), Later, the resource was shared for the benefit of his batch, and subsequently, underclassmen. Two years after, the website was renamed oas-ausl.com to promote the Order of the Aztec Sun, a small organization he helped establish and which aimed to help out law students through student-created notes. The website was discontinued in 2006, but the contents thereof were transferred to the NotesBank download section of arellanolaw.net.
To consolidate Berne's formal endeavors, however, the website has been revived for different causes.

About Berne Guerrero
Berne Guerrero is a Philippine lawyer.

The guiding quote for the revival of the website, although I am still not fully comfortable about it:
(Abbreviated, from the movie "Coach Carter"; original from Marianne Williamson, "A Return To Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles"):
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
...
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were all meant to shine, as children do.
...
It’s not just in some of us, it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others. (Emphasis mine).
