  • CC-PH Update: The moral provision in the proposed CC Philippine license has been modified (See update on the moral rights provision in CC license (Philippines)). The status of the Philippine license porting process is already on item 5[a] (See The Creative Commons Philippines Version 3.0 License[s]).   • CC-PH Update: The Creative Commons Philippine jurisdictional licenses were launched last Monday, 14 January 2008, at the Arellano University School of Law. An issue of the Philippine IT Law Journal -- containing articles about alternative licensing and Creative Commons, the porting process for the Philippine licenses, and the developing Philippine Commons -- was distributed during the event.
